Discover yourself through your Sensation the primary way of knowing.
When well organized, we are able to balance the head beautifully over our spine as we walk, able to effortlessly and painlessly orient our eyes, mouth, and attention. Whether you have good balance or not, we can improve the function of balance by addressing the way we adapt to and transmit force through our feet, legs, hips, and spine. Stiffness in any of these places can create difficulties: in order to balance well, we need to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and uneven ground.
Learn / explore

Self-Study
Svadyaya is the yogic principle for living that teaches self-study. Discover yourself through your body, the primary way of knowing.
Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.

This class was excellent! It involves cognitive learning (knowledge through anatomy) and physical learning (and unlearning!) of how balance works through ankles and feet, and spine, and basically everything you are correcting for all the time to stay upright. - DV
