Discover yourself through your Sensation the primary way of knowing.
When well organized, we are able to balance the head beautifully over our spine as we walk, able to effortlessly and painlessly orient our eyes, mouth, and attention. Our hips are free and well organized over our feet. When this isn't the case, we often experience discomfort, sore backs, hips, or necks when we walk. We may tire quickly. In this workshop we'll explore our habits, and find new ways to think about how we are able to transmit force and move through our feet, legs, hips, and spine in walking.
