Some of the tools in my toolbox
Functional Integration® lessons are flexible in their approach, determined by the your needs. Lessons generally take place lying, but occasionally occur in sitting, standing, are active or more passive. Clients are clothed. These lessons are rooted in developmental science, brain learning, neuroplasticity and the body's innate healing capacity. We build our idea of ourselves throughout our lives. Here is a place you can teach yourself to learn something valuable that emerges from yourself.
I also incorporate as appropriate, and with your consent, Cranio-Sacral work (what is this?) Pain-free Myofascial Work, Neuromuscular techniques, Visceral release, Lymphatic techniques, as well as pain science and trauma informed methods. These are integrated in a way that supports lasting transformation.
All of these techniques help address issues such as scoliosis, neuropathy, migraine, and injuries either present or chronic.

Reiki
What we do physically affects our energetic and emotional self. We can work with that through the body, or from an energetic perspective, even as we work with the physical body to help support lasting transformation. Reiki is works across time and space, and helps you align with your intention to heal. "Reiki is a method of natural healing that works to put the mind and body at ease and so participate in its own recovery. Reiki treatments help to relieve stress and pain both at a physical and emotional level, restoring a sense of balance and well-being" - Michael Emanuel
Restorative Yoga
In these poses built specifically for you, you will find deep rest, expanded breathing, softening of chronically tense musculature, among other benefits. During a session, a pose might be used to help you find comfort during the process of the work we do together. I often offer homework to support your healing. I also have some recorded classes on Patreon for you. Restorative Yoga practice is transformative: engaging with the nature of stillness, physical, emotional, and energetic unwinding occurs simply from resting, from gentle hands on, and from your breathing in these creative and supportive shapes.
