Great workshop yesterday. In the meditation class I am taking the instructor discusses having two wings, wisdom and compassion, and that one needs both to have a good practice.  I can’t think of a better compliment than to say that both of these qualities, wisdom and compassion, truly exist within Heather. She also has the ability to awaken these qualities in others. That is a true gift.

Restorative Yoga Private/Group

Sometimes you need to honor a moment, have some space held for you to do your own healing work. Sometimes people gather to do this work together.  Generally, private sessions are 1hr. Group sessions run 90 minutes to 2 hours. For up to three people, classes take place in Madison Valley at the Cottage (address provided upon registration). For more than 3 people, I rent space, such as this one pictured below. All props are provided. Sessions include gentle hands on work, Reiki, and essential oils as appropriate.
