Be completely supported in gentle poses that offer you the opportunity to deeply rest, with healing and gentle touch. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary. Restore and support your system's natural healing abilities, while you recover from/reduce the impacts of stress. Sessions may include the use of singing bowls, essential oils, and energy work. |
Reiki
Reiki is a natural healing method that supports the body's own recovery and healing. Reiki treatments help to relieve stress and pain both at a physical and emotional level, restoring a sense of balance and well-being. This subtle energy work combines beautifully with a gentle addition of subtle somatic movement based in The Feldenkrais Method® or with Restorative yoga. |
